1. Acceptance
By registering as a member or using the CYCODERS website and dashboard, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Services. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Eligibility
Membership is open to currently enrolled students of Adamas University. You must provide accurate information during registration. The CYCODERS team reserves the right to verify membership eligibility and revoke access if information is found to be false.
3. Your account
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You must not share your account with or transfer it to another person.
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Adamas University policies.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform or its underlying infrastructure.
- Upload or transmit content that is harmful, defamatory, obscene, or infringes on any third-party rights.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or reproduce platform content without prior written permission.
5. Intellectual property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and code — is the property of CYCODERS and its contributors. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of it without explicit permission. Profile content you upload remains yours; by uploading it you grant CYCODERS a non-exclusive licence to display it on the platform.
6. Points, badges & crowns
Points, badges, and crowns are awarded at the sole discretion of the CYCODERS admin team. They have no monetary value and cannot be transferred, traded, or exchanged. The team reserves the right to adjust, reset, or revoke them at any time.
7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. CYCODERS does not guarantee uninterrupted availability and accepts no liability for loss of data or damages arising from use of the platform. Event schedules and club information are subject to change without notice.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Services at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
